Question: do you agree about animal testing

I think animal testing is necessary to discover some things in science – we would not know nearly as much about human diseases as we do if we could not use animals. Also, some drugs have to be tested in animals before they can be given to humans as they might turn out to be quite dangerous and there would be mayhem if humans would start dropping dead after taking a pill for a headache.
However, this is not the same as enjoying the fact that animals need to be used for science – and indeed, they are treated with care and respect by researchers to ensure that they are not tortured and do not suffer needlessly.

why do have to test in animals and not in computers?

We do test a lot of things in computers (and bacteria) first, wherever we can! But sometimes these tests don’t work so well or give the wrong answers when done this way, which is why we need to use animals.
