• Question: are there more stars than grains of sand?

      Yep – it takes a bit of guesstimating (that’s a combination of guessing and estimating) to figure out roughly how many stars there are, and roughly how many grains of sand there are, but after doing all the math, it seems that there are 5-10 times more stars than there are grains of sand on Earth! That is a LOT of stars.
