A very, very long time. Since there is no wind or water on the Moon, the footprints will not be blown or washed away by these. There are also no volcanoes or earthquakes (Moonquakes?) on the Moon, so the footprints also wouldn’t get shaken up and dispersed this way.

The only way they will be removed is if a meteor hits the Moon anywhere near them – and since the Moon has no atmosphere, it is constantly being bombarded by meteorites.

Additionally, also because of the lack of atmosphere, it is also exposed to solar winds, which are charged particles coming from the sun, so these could erase the footprints too – although this would take a very long time, probably as long as the Moon itself lasts.
