Of the six trips that humans have made to the moon and back, the shortest took 8 days and 3 hours and the longest took 12 days 13 hours.

Incidentally the astronaut crew of Apollo 13 experienced problems and had to go all the way round the moon before coming back – that took them just over 5 days and 22 hours.
