      If by germs you mean bacteria, then a lot. In fact, we estimate that counting the number of human cells and bacterial cells inside us, we are roughly 90% bacteria and only 10% human ! Most of these bacteria are actually not harmful, and in fact quite useful for us, helping us digest our food and fighting off bacteria that would cause us harm.
