      Oh yes – I used to have short hair until I was about 14 and everyone kept thinking I was a boy, and saying how ugly I was. Also, they kept picking on me because I did better than them in school. It bothered me at first but then I started ignoring it and when they saw that what they are saying doesn’t seem to affect me, they quickly got bored.
