The smallest bone in the body is the stirrup in the ear. It’s tiny and very fragile but because it’s well protected from the outside world by the skull, it doesn’t usually cause any problems.
Therefore, I would give the dubious award of flimsiest bone in the body to the collar bone (or clavicle). It’s the most broken bone in the human body because it’s in such an awkward place and very thin in a particular place about 2/3 of the way towards the shoulder.
