      There are some bacteria that happily live inside us – these are ‘good’ bacteria helping us digest our food and they even help fight other bacteria and viruses.

      The ‘bad’ bacteria that can make us sick we pick up from our environment – either through the air, from water or food, or by coming into contact with people who are already sick.
