In humans, there’s about 5 million red blood cells in every ml (a Coke can is about 330ml) and about 200 million platelets plus about 5000 white blood cells
If a drop of blood is about one 20th of a ml, then the answer will be in the region of 10 million cells, about 250 thousand of which are red blood cells!
This is roughly the same for other large animals like dogs.
