• Question: is it true that if we sleep in the left side we sleep quick if yes how?

      It’s true that sleeping on the left side of our bodies is better for us because for example that will stop from the acid in our stomachs being able to move up through the esophagus, ensuring a more relaxed body!

      I don’t know if it has an effect on sleep speed, though.
