Question: what experiment took you the longest to do?

My work does not really involve doing real time experiments in the lab. It is more of computer based. So quite often I have to run some progammes on my computer which could take any time from 1 sec to 1 whole day. So I would say occasionally, I had to leave my computer switched on for the entire night and next morning, the programme was run completely.
