• Question: why cant we breath in space?

      Because there is no oxygen in space! Also, even if there was, the lack of pressure in space would cause the oxygen in our lungs to expand, shredding the lungs, forcing the oxygen into our blood, which would travel to our other organs and do the same to those. Pretty gruesome stuff!
