      Our blood carries oxygen and nutrients to our organs, and it also collects waste materials from there. Our kidneys filter out these waste products, and they also regulate the amount of water in our bodies – because if we have too much water, our blood becomes thin and it upsets the fine chemical balance that our bodies require to live.

      Our kidneys remove the excess waste and water through pee!
